We may struggle to find the right words or lack the confidence to respond appropriately. <strong>Mental Health First Aid courses<\/strong> provide simple, <strong>accessible tools<\/strong> to <strong>support someone in difficulty<\/strong>, encourage them to seek professional help, and make a meaningful difference in their daily life.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of several days or half-days, <strong>participants gain a solid understanding<\/strong> of mental health conditions and crises. It is based on <strong>the five ROGER first aid actions<\/strong> for identifying and addressing mental health issues at an early stage. These courses are deployed in schools where at least 20% of staff have been trained in PSSM Youth and are offered each year to all classes at the same level.
