Train your own in-house instructor
Employers wishing to make a greater commitment can invest in training employees to become certified Mental Health First Aid instructors. These in-house instructors can, in turn, organise PSSM courses within the company and train mental health first aiders in all teams. This approach promotes the sustainable dissemination of mental health skills within the organisation, strengthens mutual support and helps to create a healthier, more supportive working environment.
Companies or associations wishing to have their own in-house instructor must first designate one or more people internally, who will have to undergo specific instructor training, provided by the Ligue Santé Mentale, in order to obtain accreditation.
